Financing Options

The following options are currently available within the Phase 2 Deployment Program.


Exhibitor As Buyer Option
The exhibitor is able to purchase their own digital cinema equipment from approved vendors that meet DCI specifications and Cinedigm will manage and administer the Virtual Print Fees for an administration fee.


Exhibitor As Senior Lender Option
The exhibitor will serve as a senior debt lender and provide the financing to Cinedigm who will provide our full turn key digital cinema solution.

Cinedigm Financed Option
Cinedigm will work with the financial market to secure the necessary funding for our full turnkey digital cinema solution.
